In case of repeated (more than 2 times) non-attendance at the appointment or cancellation of the visit less than 24 hours in advance, further registration is possible only upon payment of the deposit.

If the reception is scheduled for 1 hour – a deposit of 150 aed, then every 30 minutes – 100 aed.
These amounts are credited to the patient’s deposit.

In case of non-attendance at the appointment without notice or cancellation of the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the amount of the deposit will be debited from the patient’s account.
